Project for the Construction and Commissioning of a new state-of-the-art Data Center in a metropolitan area in the north of Spain.
It is a scalable design adapted to initial needs and allowing to maximize room space and available power in the future. Scalability that does not reduce the reliability and maintainability criteria necessary for business continuity in a Data Center as well as its energy efficiency.
The infrastructure design requires the robustness to be Tier III type
Search for a scalable solution, taking into account the maximum power and maximum space used, and determining the different phases of future growth.
Efficient solutions are offered that optimize the cost of energy and use, considering that it is an installation in which service will be provided to third parties.
Future Ready: Observing Data Center Market Trends
Ease of Operation: A solution that is as simple as possible is required to allow optimal operation of the Data Center.
It will have 100m2, 150Kw DC and 50Kw AC of IT.
In the successive phases, it will be necessary to be able to carry out as many scalable growths as possible to have at least 300 m2 of each technical room available with an IT load of at least 250 kW, distributed to the 40% for AC and the 60% for DC, and that power can be scaled up to nominal 2 kW/m2 for the entire available area.
IT rooms at a maximum of 25ºC in the cold aisle, maintaining the relative humidity between the 20% and the 75% and ensuring a maximum PuE of 1.5 by design. Air conditioning system made up of chillers, a water circuit and air conditioners with direct free-cooling support, seeking to make the most of the weather conditions in the area.
