Air conditioning

At NEXITIC we know the Data Center business in its multiple versions, so that our solutions cover physical modularity and scalable development, or IT growth and expansion of various types of IT services for different IT & DC business models, depending on whether it is Co-location, Hyperconvergence, Cloud, Edge Data Centers, Hosting services or Big Data, to name a few: one design strategy or another can then be approached and focused; Even in the case of Data Centers for corporate accommodation, the solutions to be implemented will be far from the usual ones. In chilled water systems, we carefully consider the suitability of constant or variable flow, depending on the hydraulic branches and required redundancy, but without ever forgetting the degree of energy efficiency, "continuous cooling" or the range of operating temperatures. .

The filtering index according to ISO standards and ASHRAE 62.1-2010- "Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality" is another aspect that we look at carefully, as well as strict compliance with the most demanding standards that already constitute our know-how.

Design temperatures, the double temperature set-point for free-cooling water, the control strategy according to hot/cold aisles, or the application of overpressure or isothermal impulsion through the wall are some of the multiple approaches with which we approach our design, striving for excellence and the most optimal year-on-year PUE.

We analyze the pair formed by T/HR of the cold air before it enters the servers, according to the guidelines set by TC 9.9, and we even have "IT cooling" and "thermal management" analysts capable of focusing on the impact on the degree of computing and its efficiency depending on the average room temperatures. Regulation, BMS and DCIM

DCIM, for years the intelligent paradigm for the control and management of the Data Center, is a matter of analysis, selection and design by our experts. DCIM and BMS converge in the Data Center in order to provide clean rooms with greater autonomy, control capacity, resilience, transparency, monitoring and energy efficiency. DCIM and BMS are the physical infrastructure and server monitoring tools, for whose implementation, combining with virtualization, load balancing strategies, rotation, exploitation peaks, O&M, etc... has become one of the cornerstones, and for this reason NEXITIC looks at and coordinates the best solution for the Data Center with the main market providers.
